6DJ8 / ECC88 / 6922
6DJ8 is a twin triode tube developed as RF low noise amplifier in 1958. European designation is ECC88.
6922/E88CC were the military version of 6DJ8. 6DJ8/6922 types still see wide use in modern HiFi audio equipments.
Russian 6N23P was developed as counterpart to 6922. 6N23P is a solid performer and many prefer its sonics. But 6N23P is no longer produced. Fortunately, current Russian 6922 designs are improved descendants of 6N23P.

6N1P/6N1P-EB is intended for use as a line-level amplifier or driver. Features very low distortion, internal shielding between triodes and higher plate voltage and dissipation. Check with mfr of you equipment if you want to sub 6922/6DJ8/ECC88.

6N23P is a direct replacement for 6DJ8/6922 tubes. Both Sovtek and Electro-Harmoinix 6922 are derivatives of Russian 6N23P. Most 6N23P found in USA are built at Reflektor factory in Saratov Russia.
We managed to find 6N23P built at Voskhod factory in Kaluga. These tubes feature an open plate box design, consistently made and measures closely.

TRIODE, DUAL
Ruggedized military version of NOS 6DJ8 from 1980's. Please note that these tubes can be microphonic and may not be suitable for use in phono stage. We recommend 6922EH tubes for low microphony requirement.
