Shipping Your Order

Methods

We ship via United States Postal Services for US and International orders. You can select different class of shipping at time of checkout.

US Shipping

Your order will be fully insured. We recommend Priority Mail for shipping in US. If you don't mind the wait, First Class Mail is inexpensive for smaller orders.

Express Mail within US

If we receive an Express Mail order by noon Pacific Time, we will ship within 24 hours. We normally try our best to ship by 3PM express cut off on the same day.

International Shipping

For international orders, you have a choice of Global Express Mail (EMS) and Global Priority Mail (GPM).

• Global Express (EMS) is faster (5-7 days), more expensive, insured and allows tracking.
• Global Priority Mail (GPM) is slower (2-3 weeks or more) less expensive, not insured and can not be tracked.

Please note - if you are in a country where mail is known to have problems, select EMS.

Packaging

Your order will be packaged with care to ensure safe arrival. We use professional packing materials, and your order will be clearly marked fragile.

Time to ship

We normally ship within 24 hours on business day. We also ship on most Saturdays.

Orders received during weekends or holidays will normally be shipped on the next business day. On some occasion, we may be out of stock on the item you ordered. We will contact you immeidiately in such case.

Notes to International Buyers

Orders may take extra time to ship while verifying Credit Card information.

Once Your Order Arrives

Damages During Shipment

On a very rare occasion, your order may arrive damaged. If this happens, we will need to file an insurance claim. Do not discard the damaged tubes or the packaging.

• If you are in US, we will file a claim on your behalf, so please contact us immediately. We will need a signed statement and a picture of the damage before we can file a claim.
• For International orders shipped via EMS, you need to file a claim with your post office. Please check with your Post Office. If you are still unsure, let us know and we will try to help you.

Our Warranty

New and NOS tubes are guaranteed for 90 days after shipment against defects.
All used tubes are guaranteed for 30 days for defects.

Returns and Exchanges

If you ordered the wrong tubes, or if you cannot use the tubes for some reason, we will gladly take returns and exchanges as long as the tubes and boxes are in new original condition.

We regret we cannot accept returns based on auditioning results, or if the tubes were abused or damaged due to mis-handling and improper use.

Having said that, if you have any problems with our products, by all means contact us. We will always do our best to work with you.

How to Return

If you need to return or exchange your order, please contact us and obtain a Return Authorization and Instruction first.
