| We ship via United States Postal Services for both domestic US and International orders, using the method that you pick.
Every order is carefully packaged using professional packing materials.
Domestic Shipping within US
We ship using the method you select when you order on our web site.
We recommend Priority Mail. First Class Mail, while least expensive, can take a long time even for short distance.
Every domestic shipment is fully insured.
Domestic Express Mail within US
Please note that if you select Express Mail shipping within US, we will ship within the next 24 hours (weekend excluded, of course).
If we receive an Express Mail order by noon Pacific Time, we normally ship by 3PM the same day.
International Shipping
For international orders, you have a choice of Global Express Mail (EMS) and Global Priority Mail (GPM).
Global Express (EMS) is faster (5-7 days), more expensive, insured and allows tracking.
Global Priority Mail (GPM) is slower (2-3 weeks or more) less expensive, can not be tracked and NOT INSURED.
Please note that if you select GPM and your package does not arrive, there is very little we can do to help you.
Notes to International Buyers:
Due to Credit Card fraud, we do not accept orders from Venezuela and Indonesia. And for those of you who have, or
was going to steal from us, may your amp go up in the most spectacular flame.
We do try to accomodate all international customers, but orders may take extra time to ship while verifying account information
directly with the card issuing bank.
Also, please do not ask us to declare lower customs value on the shipment. We cannot answer Emails asking for lower customs value.
Time to ship
We normally ship within 24 hours on a weekday, but if we are swamped, this can extend to 2 to 3 business days.
Orders received during weekends or holidays will normally be shipped on the next business day.
The delivery time depends on the service you select, obviously.
Sometime, we may be out of stock the item you order, even if our website shows that we have stock.
We will let you know after we contact our suppliers, but this can take a day or two.
If you are in a hurry, please indicate as such in the comments section when you order.
Charging On Your Credit Card
We do not charge your credit card till the order is packaged and ready to go.
Our charge will show up as BOI SOFTWORKS on your bill.
Damages During Shipment
If your item arrives damaged, do not discard the items or packaging right away.
For International EMS, you need to file a claim with your post office.
For all domestic shipment, we will file a claim on your behalf, so please contact us.
We will need you to sign a statement before we can file a claim, and a picture of the damage.
The items leave us securely packaged. Tube packages are marked FRAGILE.
Warranty
New and NOS tubes are guaranteed for 90 days after purchase for defects.
All used tubes are guaranteed for 30 days for defects also.
Tubes can only be returned for replacement if defective. We can not accept returns on any other grounds.
We also cannot accept returns for tubes that are abused or used in conditions beyond rating.
We will test returned tubes, and can usually tell if such thing occured.
Now, having said all that fine print stuff, we would like to stress one important thing.
